So I sort of slipped a webpage up for Pitched! 2. Look. It’s probably all sorts of broken (and please tell me where it is), and it’s missing some hi-res stuff … but it’s good to go for now. I’ll be updating it with purchase links and so on and so forth as they’re available.
I have the house to myself for a few days, which means my usual schedule has been replaced with slothful behavior. I’m okay with that, I think I’ve earned some down time, but I think it reached a breaking point yesterday when … How do I say this? When I realized I was sprawled out on the couch, in my boxers, watching South Park and eating an obscenely huge bowl of pudding. Instant shame. Not shame enough to put down the pudding, mind you, because pudding is delicious.
My blog sucks. I’m well aware of this fact. It’s not for lack of trying, it’s … well, okay, maybe it’s partially true that lack of trying comes into play. My new hobby is painting. I’m not very good at it. That doesn’t matter, though. It’s calming. Relaxing. Therapeutic. And so talent be damned, I sit out back with brush in hand, some music on, a drink nearby, and I paint. Most of my August weekends were spent painting, and damn was it a great way to wind down and get my head cleared. So I thought I’d share the few pieces I’ve done.
