Music

I write and record music at home, largely for my own pleasure. Most of it tends to be noisy, experimental, and not the sort of thing you’ll hear on the radio. Improvised ambient guitar recordings, layered sounds, walls of noise. Recommended if you like The Azusa Plane, Windy & Carl, Flying Saucer, Attack, lovesliescrushing, Merzbow, or My Bloody Valentine without songs or a band. LEARN MORE AND LISTEN X-Sweet Traditional songs recorded badly in a basement or at a desk or in a garage. At times influences from My Bloody Valentine, Slowdive, Ride, and Jesus and…

I wanted to capture the full band jam aspect of Slumbersigh and the drifting, moving, evolving drones of m2 with traditional backing instruments, enhanced with minor electronic stuff. Basically, I jammed with myself. (Dirty!) After a bunch of messing with the idea, some of which I’ll upload later this year, an unofficial journey with Carl Sagan developed. It is Beyond the Pale Blue Dot. This is the first track: The whole thing is four pieces of semi-structured drone, finishing with a piece unofficially co-created with Vangelis, along with Carl Sagan. There is a BONUS TRACK…
