For most people this is one of the hardest times in life especially if this is happening to someone who is close to you.  The need to try to get them out of jail is overwhelming but if they are convicted and sentenced then the options which exist are relatively limited.     Thanks for the awesome tips. If you truly believed that your loved one is innocent, you must fight for him/her but if you know to yourself that he/she is guilty of committing a crime like murder, kidnapping or any criminal acts then there’s no need to help him/her to get out of jail.
